Madam Southern Gal: I can't imagine why you would be waiting on such a non-issue, given that you admitted to me months ago that Steve Kahmi (UTRM) had confirmed for you at that time that there was no relationship with Ms. Lohan. I believe what I was informed by the company and its IR representative months ago, and since confirmed again, specifically that there never was any formal relationship with Ms. Lohan, that she stopped by the booth and took pictures and that she wanted very badly for a formal relationship to be solidified, but that nothing ever came of it and there never was any formal relationship or agreement. You must have a lot of time on your hands to be able to repeatedly rant about Dina Lohan on nearly a daily basis for months after you admitted you knew there was no such relationship. With all due respect Ma'am, you are very hard to figure out, but I note from your IHUB posting activity that this must be your sole avocation. Or, are you just a big Dina Lohan fan who is upset she is no longer around?

Who cares about Ms. Lohan? No one but you. Only you think there is an issue there. But, I guess you have actually thrown in the towel and sold off all of your shares here. So, why do you hang around and post?

In contrast, I believe there is a great product here with tremendous potential now that the issues with the name and the glitch with the dentrifice cartridge have been resolved, and I believe that this product and company will be a tremendous success. I also believe that the best time to invest in these companies is when there has been a dearth of news and people like you are throwing in the towel, i.e. when the pessimism abounds. Enough said.

P.S. I am sure, as is your MO with any post that even hints at criticizing your posts or views, that you will seek to have Admin remove this post, even though I did not do that when you attacked me personally in off-topic posts on 2 recent occassions, e.g. calling me outrageous and telling me to "Man up" for God knows what reason. I have explained to you and others my view of the legal action more than once.

sg the lawyers for GSK are just doing what they are supposed to attaching everything they can and see what happens.If you ask me they are the ones that are doing something wrong here. Dina Lohan whether she is with the company or not (since there was no formal announcement) has NO bearing on this case and just proves the old theory throw enough $h1t against the wall and hopefully something will stick. This is the approach of GSK's attornies pathetic if you ask me. sg did you ever think that UTRM's attornies have told the company not to do or announce anything till this is settled. I think that is probably good advice my feeling is once this lawsuit is settled you will see news but that's just my humble opinion.I would like to touch on the fact that (LOL) "no one" is buying I bought close to 900k share between thurs and friday and will be looking for anoter 1m this week if I fill those orders I will be sitting aroung 15m share and will be planing my retirement party for later this year :) sg do what you want bash if you will but I will be in the lap of luxury when this one takes off and trust me it will. HH OUT....
