sg the lawyers for GSK are just doing what they are supposed to attaching everything they can and see what happens.If you ask me they are the ones that are doing something wrong here. Dina Lohan whether she is with the company or not (since there was no formal announcement) has NO bearing on this case and just proves the old theory throw enough $h1t against the wall and hopefully something will stick. This is the approach of GSK's attornies pathetic if you ask me. sg did you ever think that UTRM's attornies have told the company not to do or announce anything till this is settled. I think that is probably good advice my feeling is once this lawsuit is settled you will see news but that's just my humble opinion.I would like to touch on the fact that (LOL) "no one" is buying I bought close to 900k share between thurs and friday and will be looking for anoter 1m this week if I fill those orders I will be sitting aroung 15m share and will be planing my retirement party for later this year :) sg do what you want bash if you will but I will be in the lap of luxury when this one takes off and trust me it will.
