I believe what I was informed by the company and its IR representative months ago, and since confirmed again, specifically that there never was any formal relationship with Ms. Lohan, that she stopped by the booth and took pictures and that she wanted very badly for a formal relationship to be solidified, but that nothing ever came of it and there never was any formal relationship or agreement.
How do you explain the backdrop with the UTRM, Aquafreedom, Green Lohan, etc logos? Did they suddenly appear? Did she walk in to the event and somehow coerce Spinelli to pose with her?
