#6765 RE: U2StpM #6764

Chris Sontchi has sat back, in my opinion he has more than sat back he has sat back from high on his throne. He has (legally mind you) gagged the commoners. He has refused to allow certain parties in the game. He has refused to allow an independent party to search for right and wrong within this particular Bk process. And he has done so even though it was within his power to allow every party to play the game, to have a fair fight. He has done so even though it was within his power to have another unbiased group get involved and get down to the truth. He is a judge and a judge above all else should demand the truth for he cannot make a true and honest judgment without all of the truth.

He has gone against precedent and the United States Trustee. He has done so with vigor and seemingly has enjoyed it, going so far as to insult one side for its "simplistic valuation". I have found in my life that an argument usually remains simple when it is the most correct.

I'm not looking for a "constant unchanging standard that benefits my small group". I'm looking for fairness, I'm looking for everyone to be paid, not one bill should go unpaid. Not one penny should be given to management until everyone else is paid. Management, who are employees should not get raises for putting a company in bankruptcy, they should not make millions as the owners are stripped of their property. I'm looking for Chris Sontchi to stop this; not promote it, encourage it and make it easier.
