g7,i agree we have had this conversation before. But with the higher court showing there power and neutrality concerning retirees i believe mb/hf/cs will have a much better chance for more$ in recovery/equity.They have alot of issue's as judge sonchti put it to be challenged by the lenders/hf.I believe we will have them answered one way or another in a short time.tia glta

The difference of Looking

First I must make a small distinction. When I wrote about you and an unchanging standard I wrote nothing about groups, large or small. In what I wrote there was, in my mind, no connection between those words and the ones that were written later about groups and interests. I regret that was not clear to you.

I, too, look for fairness and responsibility. While it is within a judge's power to do many things, it has been my experience that judges do what they wish to do. They only change what they wish to do when it is demanded. By a higher court, a legislature. Or when they are induced to have other wishes.

Sontchi isn't going to have a vision on his way to Wilmington. I don't see him expressing any miracle conversion at 11:00 AM today.

g7,i know this is a little off topic but wonder if mb/hf/cs may be leading another angle with the shareholders petitionhttp://blog.taragana.com/business/2010/04/21/bankruptcy-judge-allows-wamu-shareholders-to-try-to-force-company-to-hold-annual-meeting-52449/.tia glta
