Ellis, the terms of reference are normally agreed to by the parties. If not the court will make the decision. Being that Nokia was up in the courts, we can not conclude that the arb panel is pass the six month time frame. In fact, I very much think that they are still within the time frame.
It is my opinion that we will have an award notice in 30-35 days after the conclusion of the evidentiary hearing. So my estimation is by March 8th at the latest.
