Can you show us facts that :

First, The deal for the springs has closed?

Second, That Rich paid SEVU back for the shares?

Timing of the Springs purchase was good, but the shared marketing isn't, if that is one of the reasons.

You or somebody had mentioned the shareholder's equity before, I had forgotten that. I believe from previous info that there are other reasons for it from a personal side also.

The Springs are yet another "interesting" chapter in the SEVU soap opera!!!
