as it was designed to acquire complementary assets to exceed the AMEX threshold of $4 Million Shareholder's Equity... To achieve that with 150,000 shares that McBride later replaced out of his own pocket, made good sense...

Something to think about when complaining about the 1 Million shares McBride is getting for his patents: the 150K shares were probably worth around $10.00 each or $1.5 Million then, compared to $2 Million now for 1 Million shares... I also believe that these shares provide compensation for his Royalties up to now, although that wasn't clearly explained...
