Well, you hit the nail on the head with your statement:

"I know nothing about these gentlemen"

Yet you deem it necessary to form an opinion about why they would come to Sanswire, and make the assumption they were out of work bankers who need temporary work until something better comes along.

Since you're obviously not going to waste your valuable time reading up on these guys accomplishments in the corporate financial world, you should get your buddy Coastie to put some of those due diligence skills to work and make some calls. At least you could then form an intelligent opinion, assuming he bothers to share what he finds. If it doesn't paint the company in a negative light, he probably won't share.

Ask him to call up every top stockbroker he knows. Call his buddies at the SEC. Ask them what they think of Michael K. Clark, and ask them where they think Sanswire is going with him and his hand-picked colleague at the helm as COB and CEO.

Ask them if these guys were "unemployed bankers". Ask them how many job offers they likely had on the table at the time they made the decision to take the helm of Sanswire.

I suspect the answers will surprise even you. Let us know what he finds out.

Or are you satisfied with continuing to make blind assumptions?

Warpcore breach? Good one, made me laugh. Actually, I'm thrilled I have so many shares as this story continues to unfold, and that so many of the "Kool-Aid" drinkers held their shares or bought a lot more.

There will be plenty of Crow Pie to go around. What kind do you prefer... with or without the feathers?

Investment bankers are not ever out of work. They don't punch a clock, they go from deal to deal. They eat what they kill, or they don't eat. They purposely make themselves, for lack of a better word, "unemployed" until something attractive comes along. This is a deal to them. For reasons you and I may not know, they believe this has potential to be a doable turnaround situation, otherwise these guys wouldnt waste their time. They basically outlined their intent in the employment agreement to everyone- they plan to turn this around and sell it. The language was clear and explicit. If it works, great. If not, their shares will be worthless along with everyone else's, and they don't eat.

I dont believe they would have bothered with this company unless they were certain they're going to fix it and sell it. They've already removed the most corrupt element from the company, so they're already fixing things. Looking forward to seeing them keep it up.

And it's "Lighten Up Francis."
