You obviously think that because two out-of-work bankers get involved with a penny.....it's the next coming.

I know nothing about these gentlemen but I have to say that I suspect the motives of anyone going from where they came from....to here. A scammy penny, under investigation by the SEC, loser of numerous law suits with more on the horizon, no completed projects and no timeline given for completion of projects, a butt load of pissed off creditors and vendors in the wings....waiting for payment, aFederal tax lien for non-payment of payroll tax. I could list more but my fingers are getting tired.

I mean really...what self respecting executive would actually stoop this low?

I believe this is a stop gap measure while they look for better digs. A few thousand a month is better than cold stones.
