They said DEVELOPING a share buy back program which is different from buying back shares, you weren't duped, you read into it what you wanted it to say and mean.
Meanwhile, the company says in a press release that "The Company is in the process of developing a share buyback program" and then 6 days later raise the AS from 2.67 billion shares to 4.67 billion shares.
The point is the company basically duped people into believing the previous increase on 05/06/2010 to the 2.67 was used for the money they needed. Especially since they issued a ridiculous amount of shares at a highly discounted price. But no, instead, the company lets loose a great looking PR (minus the name of the partner) and the same day the AS is raised 2 billion shares.
That is not being "naive" as you put it. That is being duped.
Until you see the Float and OS, save your duped BS for later. No one was duped until you see new numbers and the OS has grown. I don't give one rat's butt about the AS. I am smart enough to realize that THEY NEED MONEY.
How do you propose they get these deals in place to send product all over the country and Canada? Oh let me guess... you think Santa is going to build the product as his workshop and then use his sleigh to get the product on shelves right?
