Meanwhile, the company says in a press release that "The Company is in the process of developing a share buyback program" and then 6 days later raise the AS from 2.67 billion shares to 4.67 billion shares.
The point is the company basically duped people into believing the previous increase on 05/06/2010 to the 2.67 was used for the money they needed. Especially since they issued a ridiculous amount of shares at a highly discounted price. But no, instead, the company lets loose a great looking PR (minus the name of the partner) and the same day the AS is raised 2 billion shares.
That is not being "naive" as you put it. That is being duped.
