lol, No, I dont think Santa will be helping them. And you are missing my point here. Ive said all along that raising money by selling shares is perfectly fine in the right context. But increasing the AS a few days after PRing that they are developing a buyback plan is a big middle finger to investors. When people see that, they jump on board. They see good things coming. The PPS increases. A few days later, they PR a distribution plan, meanwhile, the same day, raise the AS again, and dont mention it in the PR?
But you know, pinkies are notorious for raising the AS and not issuing any shares, oh wait...
And the background on some of the key players here is less than perfect. Trading was suspended on another company for falsifying PRs that some were involved in.
