olddog, I remember you posted a while back that you thought the final arbitration hearing should only last 1 or 2 days at most. Maybe it's over already, and now it's just up to the panel to make a decision.

Isn't that a really telling piece of information? Why would the arb panel have no interest in those documents? The only conclusion is because they have already decided that the Ericcson/Sony papers have no impact upon their decision. The optimist in me says that is because they have already decided that Ericcson is a trigger, no wait a minute - it is because they have already decided that Ericsson is not a trigger. No wait again....
