The problem is that he can through a "legal" fit if he wants to, which will further delay the process. I think he can file some stuff about preferential treatment, turn the whole thing into a side show about bias and all that if THJMW doesn't give him all the rope he wants. That's the risk she would take if she trys to ram the examiner through.
Just because I thought the examiner was coming today doesn't mean it should have. If you thought it should have too and you are having a hard time with reality as it is, then it's your problem, not reality's!
