maybe this isn't sinking in for me fast enough but rosen was told by the judge numorious times to turn over docs right? and everyone thought he was going to our we were going to get an examiner today right? well he still hasn't given docs up and i don't think i heard one word of the examiner in court today.

so here we go again..i'm with lucky on this one, if the ec wanted the examiner sooo bad why in the hell would they and the judge fall for this crap over and over and over again? WHY? we had the examiner today if we wanted it!!!
