I am fine with shorting. It is an important part of trading but there should definitely be tighter regulations on it. It definitely isn't fair that MMs have all of the control in shorting and we can't do it ourselves on certain stocks. That to me gives them an even larger unfair advantage.
This is a naked short. They have shorted shares that aren't even available. They are the most vile of all shorters. They destroy companies. This company wouldn't have been able to recover from this on their own. It is by pure chance that a promo group was about to hit it at the exact same time this was getting shorted... more eyes... more attention to the short... now shorty is about to get screwed!
