they never said they had they were in contact with BP in the PR's they stated that BP requested testing of there product. BP requested arcon for anything that would help and arcon went with ACLH's producted since they had used it for BP projects before and new it worked.
personally I dont now anything abou the correct way to word a PR but i dont see how what they said in PR was lying but thats just me.
and what people here found was from Arcon and ACLH's PR person and they said they have everything to back up there claims and more. so I guess we'll see if it's enough I hope it is
