I really hope so. But I don't think the SEC really cares about what info this board found on ACLH.

Again, I hope to get as much money back as possible but in the end they stated that they had contact with BP and that was false.

That a reseller had contact with BP really does not matter... Ancon has nothing to do with ACLH except that they resell... And that does not give ACLH the right to PR that they(ACLH) have contact with BP.

also the contractor's VP persoanlly took aclh's product to the command center and submitted it.

Thats execly the problem... Its the VP of Ancon... ACLH has nothing to do with that.

But... making money off of this after the halt would make me extremely happy:)... If the 'to come' PR states that they have a contract with BP it's going to be off the hook
