But the fact is RPH and CSHD did not have any intrest in any of the stated bonds, and sworn afadavids from the bond holders/mnagers to the SEC prove that fact...Thus the bonds were/are real, but CSHD did not have a stake in any of them,and thus the fraud chares.
I will tell you this. I know for a fact that Rufus is a liar and that he used company funds for personal pleasure.
Let me ask you this, if Rufus had real money and real bonds, why didn't he pursue this further? If you had all those funds and knew for a fact that they were ligitimate and actually yours and some lawyer said otherwise would you just let it drop? What sort of business man would do that?
