I will tell you this. I know for a fact that Rufus is a liar and that he used company funds for personal pleasure.

Let me ask you this, if Rufus had real money and real bonds, why didn't he pursue this further? If you had all those funds and knew for a fact that they were ligitimate and actually yours and some lawyer said otherwise would you just let it drop? What sort of business man would do that?
