Now this in my opinion is exactly why he is my friend and not yours....... I am not positive what the exact share structor was with VIOSEY BAY when Inco then Vale Inco share structor was when the Vale came in ......BUT .....ERICK ....MY FRIEND.....VOISEY BAY SHARE PRICE WENT FROM 20 CENTS TO......ARE YA READY?.....167.00 DOLLARS!! ...NOW BEFORE YOU CRITISE MY FRIEND WHY DOUNT YOU DO SOME ACTUAL DD AND FIND OUT WHAT THE VOISEY BAY SHARE STRUCTOR ACTUALLY WAS??? AND THEN COMPARE .....OF COURSE TAKING IN TO ACCOUNT COPPER PRICES HAVE DOUBLED!....I WOULD LKE TO HERE YOUR OPINION.....AFTER IT HAS AT LEAST DONE THAT RESEARCH ...."not until then ty"

Let's revisit this BVIG deal. Where did the $300,000 come from ? I can't rationalize it being Stead's money because he was broke last fall and he just finished buying part of that 186 million shares from the KAT Treasury. I can't see it being a loan from KAT because normally a C E O can't use the Company bank account as his personal piggy bank. I think it came from his backers as a loan so he could be the front man / nominee without their having to disclose who they are. I think pretty soon you are going to find all of this out and you are going to be shocked. If KAT gets merged in I think you will see a drastic share roll-back. It is doubtful that they will merge 640 million shares into a clean new vehicle share for share right off the get-go. If Handcamp goes in .. there will have to be an appraisal of the Handcamp property. Will that be pre-drilling or post-drilling ? Who will make the appraisal ? All of this takes a tremendous amount of time. I think this will turn into a big paper shemozzle that will stall in the Securities Commission jungle. Meanwhile here comes the drill !! A good hit however will solve everything. But it will have to be a good one. Don't hold your breath. All in my opinion. As for mentioning Voisey's Bay and KAT in the same sentence .. FOR GETTT IT !!!!!!!!!! Not even on the same planet. Voisey's Bays ARE RARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And ErOck there has never been a thorough geo report saying just what Handcamp is and what the new targets are. So there is MOST DEFINITELY no guarantee of success here.

Call me optomistic which I am, but also having done my DD in all aspects including TA...this company could shoot to the moon and if not atleast we'd be in space lol The movement of the stock has absolutely been driven by investor expectations. The jump mid-last week due to penny stock sites putting out notifications about this and the vollume doubling shows that clearly. But the thing did not drop like a rock right after like most pennies do. It instead settled down. This stock will keep making STEADy gains (sorry had to ha). This is not due to just stupid amounts of hype, its due to speculation based on solid information and analysis done by many. Some are members of this board and PLENTY off this board. The information, analisys done, and reputations of key executives and stakeholders in this company all point one direction...That is up. There is no way for any of us to put a legit figure on how high this sucker will go in the LONG-TERM. There are so many factors that are unknown and can not be approximated with the PRESENT information we have. I welcome a dip or pull back. It will give me a chance to grab more shares of this for cheap! Those who say the 20s wont be around for too long are dead on. Anything in that range is as good as the tons of gold that will be pulled out of Handcamp and Rusty Ridge...

On a slightly different note, people need to understand that this is not a typical penny. A typical penny you buy flip make your money and are out. This is a venture that has unbelieveable legitimate potential well beyond what the market movers and short-term investors consider a solid play. For those new to the board, I am one to be honest and welcome to the ultimate diamond in the rough. If you have questions ask away and definitly look though the previous posts. There is plenty of information and links here in all regards for DD. Cheers to us investors for being involved in the ultimate needle in the haystack!

Again with the market cap?!?! It's irrelevent. SIRI shot to $9 about 5 years ago with 1.5B O/S. And they still haven't turned a profit. A stock is worth what ppl are willing to pay for it. If this wants to be $20 someday soon then it shall be. MO ...rule

Good post, nice to see a little reality here.

In 1996 when Diamond Fields accepted Inco's offer of the equivalent of $43.50 Canadian per share, they had just under 99 million shares outstanding...making the deal worth $4.3 billion Canadian.

It was not an all cash deal, it was cash and stock.

In 1993 I think they had around 20 million shares out.
