I would like to point out that Ken Stead has been doing everything great in the interest of the stock holders. He retired billions of shares and only increased it from the 311 million shares O/S to make sure that a large entity could not do a (Hostile TakeOver) of KATX. I remember Ken even retired 8 million more shares a little over a month ago that were scheduled to become available. He stated he did this just to improve shareholders value.
I believe in Ken's proven integrity and that he will retire the additional restricted 186 million shares once the price per share is valued at appropriate levels. T Boone Pickens and people like him can get a hold of a company if they see it is undervalued and since KATX has yet to become well known in the world --- sooner or later a large group of investors would catch on and take it over... You mark this post that KATX will retire the shares once the price of KATX is valued appropriately. KATX is just now catching the eyes of millions whereas a couple weeks ago it was in the thousands. This stock is going up several times more than the present value. I just can't tell you when. As always, JMO Grahamber
