I think Stoecklein has dirty hands --
Evident by his "appeal briefs."
As if Stoecklein knew Urban was going to let CMKM become revoked, and Stoecklein was stalling for time.

But I don't think Stoecklein knew the stalling was for Urban and crew to dump the rest of their shares.
