It makes you wonder if these CEO's left the 05' Research Act money, to bank some public cord, on the table because of hard feelings regarding those Patent lawsuits. Maybe that's the biggest discourse to the private-public storage debate... egoism----- The '05 money was for storage, not research. and it was received by public cord blood banks. Since in 2005 we did not have our own lab, we were not eligible for the grants. We are now eligible and will pursue new grants aggressively.
