It just seems everyone with an R&D has at some point connected with the Pharma's to move their projects along. Interesting CBAI believes whole-heartedly and practices deliberately the 'go it alone' route.

Maybe a partnership would help, seeing how Pharma was in this from the beginning. All those patent lawsuits filed probably slowed progress more than the fed. It was the biggest distraction. In fact, interestingly enough the person who formed the NMDP was the spearhead behind those infringement lawsuits that entangled all of these cord businesses.

It makes you wonder if these CEO's left the 05' Research Act money, to bank some public cord, on the table because of hard feelings regarding those lawsuits. Maybe that's the biggest discourse to the private-public storage debate... egoism.
