Good question , WHY DIDN'T THEY POST WHAT THEY KNEW? Here is the link YOU have already read before , you can also view the entire details if you really wanted to eh? http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/snapshot/snapshot.asp?ticker=PYCT:US I am sure you know how to search Arizonas public records right ? Right , and when you do I am certain you will remember it as its all been posted before , for some reason the pretenders decided to not draw attention to their feeble actions . Why ?? Eureka!
Banana, you are finally getting it. The world does not center around PYCT. The world and the SEC could care less about P YCT.The investment community doesn't care either as evidenced with the lack of many posters on this board. You basically have 3-4 making things up. That's it. PYCT can stay like this for years as a diluted shell or just as easily shut down like CES. Real companies really moving forward PR all the time to keep the investment world interested. I said from day one you don't start a new venture with this share structure. Ever. You don't worry about old shareholders. You have new management and business is business. You always start clean.
"How quiet could this important action be for MFridge not to know about it? "
LOL- are you talking about that lawsuit that someone filed regarding past business with the company? If so, I addressed that when it first was introduced.
Given that it was Pino's show, who knows who got screwed by him that would come back against the company. I had no doubt at that time that it had nothing to do with the current management and still don't think it does.
You seem to be a fairly level-headed guy- do you really believe the garbage that it was a mean old market maker that filed the suit? lol As if the legal teams representing these brokers are going to file a bogus lawsuit thinking that it will bring down a company... wow- they really must not know too much about the legal system.
