LOL- are you talking about that lawsuit that someone filed regarding past business with the company? If so, I addressed that when it first was introduced.
Given that it was Pino's show, who knows who got screwed by him that would come back against the company. I had no doubt at that time that it had nothing to do with the current management and still don't think it does.
You seem to be a fairly level-headed guy- do you really believe the garbage that it was a mean old market maker that filed the suit? lol As if the legal teams representing these brokers are going to file a bogus lawsuit thinking that it will bring down a company... wow- they really must not know too much about the legal system.
