aspirin. unless you have a bleeding ulcer or are a hemophiliac.
Te biggest problem for aspirin is that no one owns any intellectual property on it so it can't be sold for $10 a pill. Kids aren't supposed to take it either, but I have always been suspicious of Rye's sundrome. EVERYONE took aspirin when I was a kid and I never heard of it.
