For many years, I used to take 222's (FROSST) for neck muscle spasms like everyday which is aspirin with codeine. No persscription needed for that here. Then I started getting rebound neck/headaches from them so I was told to switch to tylenol 3's but only take them max 3x/week or the same thing would happen.
