A very little butter can go a long way when applied right...

or is it a butter extract (a liquid butter buds type product free of objectionable stuff)?...

JUST LIKE there is FAR LESS sodium in potato chips than in the good old days! Now it's just a very light amount on the OUTSIDE of the chips ONLY and still has impact!

Moreover, I'll wager that a canola, cayenne, & secret spices blend could JAZZ up popcorn to spectacular heights! And be highly acceptable to nutrition-geeks!

True... there are wonderful HEALTHY butter substitutes now like Benecol http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benecol

This has good oils and even TREE BARK that lowers cholesterol.

I can't wait to get money so I can buy back in... I had to sell to pay bills.

Popcorn in health GIVING butter subsitute... very nice!
