Explore small cap ideas before they hit the headlines.
well, if any justice, maybe dead and in jail. really hosed the shareholders here.
mel's dead or in jail
with any luck.
avt has had the patent for the machine since early 2012.
gone like a popcorn fart in the wind.
all done? no possible saves? where did mel go? where did the product go? anything?
laz
Move on over to MJNA seems ready ! They have products that will make you forget all about POPN. LOL
i for one am glad i lost money here.
the investment was minimal and i met some people that really made me feel good about myself.the list is long but i put mel and elcheepo on top.never underestimate the value of meeting someone lower than yourself.and what the hell are you smoking nabs?hope to see you guys on a winning board sometime.
You can try contacting a securities lawyer.
Aside that, just write it off.
maybe walmart could be sued...the machines where implied to be going into walmart by an ex walmart executive. if these machines show up in walmart without us still having an investment in them ...what do we do?
anyone want to buy some used POPN paper it can be used for a number of things
it is delisted...so our stock just vanished?
sad, why, just lies , how can someone not be thrown in jail.. Robbed. .....just lies, lies, lies. How does one start one of these scams... seems it is the thing to be in as the sec does not protect the investor.
Then we have nothing left! Nothing at all! That's not a very
nice feeling.
We have simply memories of what could have been...
...of kernels poppin' and getting showered and warmly-sodden
with magical butter-like mystery substance, then generously salted
to an absolutely fabulous-dabulous one-of-a-kind mouthful of
crumbly-crackly salty-buttery kernels, provoking a bodily
outcry for a couple-sips of sweet, cold soda pop. YUM!
Gone are the days of lazy matinees with our laps-filled with hefty
bags of glowing yellow-white, pillowy, warm, lumpy-bumpy-humpy pock-korn.
The highly anticipated BREAK when we'd surge out from our
theatre seats and stride into the Lobby to...to get ourselves a treat!
Mel's HEAD shall forever be chiseled and enshrined in eternal,
mute marble -- its massive, bulbous forehead and baleful,
dolorous eyes staring starkly straight ahead at...nothing and nobody --
reminiscent of those gargantuan Easter Island carved, monolith-heads.
He's a HEAD MONOLITH...cold as stone.
Nonetheless...We have OTHER snacks and sensations to fry here
at iHub, so let's GO FOR IT!$
The symbol is retired, the shell is gone.
is our only hope that someone buys the shell of the company and symbol?
that's intresting,i hadn't been keeping up,
i think t riders right, looks like they bought the patent but not the company,we get zip.uncle mel was still selling stock last spring with nothing to offer.buy the way,the a s at the end was 5 bill.guess he figured might as well dump em. lifes lessons
The only thing AVT bought were the intellectual rights to the patent.
They did not buy the company. So therefore we get NOTHING.
I emailed AVT through their website yesterday asking about it but they haven't responded yet. Maybe the number for investor relations in the PR would be a better avenue.
Any chance we will get anything back here ?? How do we find out if AVT will give anything for our shares ?
No idea. The PR doesn't say anything about terms, either. Coulda been sold for a dollar. Chances are any proceeds will go to paying off popn's debt though. Will we see any? Who knows, but 99.9% no. I'll just be glad to get the shares out of my account.
So what does that mean for the ugly a$$ popn shares I have stinking up my account?
Pop n go sold to AVT- http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=54918698
I heard he took the money with him to the grave. Or maybe he went on the slow boat to India along with all those popn machines they announce awhile back they were sending to India....he must have gotten caught up in the Balliwood scene. ..forgot about POPN
such cynicism
give the poor guy a chance.seriously though,he had another project,i wonder if he's in jail or got wiped out by judgements.
Has anyone mentioned how much ZECCO sucks?
A new project?? I would say maybe a new dilutable scam!! I think he's making portable toilets that will be called POOP N GO.... Just watch your investment go down the toilet or Mels Pocket!!
does anybody know
if mels dead,in jail,in the funny farm, had a sex change.............or what?i know he was working on a new project but haven't heard a peep.
I'd buy one of those..... I am tired of using the outhouse.
I think he was mistaken.... I think he meant POOP N Go.... A new portable toilet put out by AVT with a picture of Mel within the bowl....
try ordering one
see what happens, could be interesting.maybe popn is in a rebuilding year, kinda like what the lions went through.
AVT still has PopNGo in their product line! What gives?
speaking of nutz
that's melvins pie in t5he sky,could happen,probably not,but i keep checking,and cg's right,a more buisnes oriented president can only help.
Is this now a "Shell Stock"? Any point on keeping my shares?
Well since I can't have any popcorn from a popn machine
I say OFF with HIS NUTZ for this sham of a company....
That will teach his arse
Z
maybe there will be hope after Obama is out of office....antibusiness president has not helped anyone....after all if popn did well financially....mel would not have done it himself, somebody else would have done it...i had hope that the vending companay would have finished these popcorn machines and put them out to pop.....maybe they are sitting on them until after there is some hope and the economy looks promising. ...funny thing is most people have buck for popcorn...like they have money for beer and cigarettes. why are not these machines in production.
wow
ya know,if you read that post and imagine it being read thru stephen hawkings voice box it kinda sounds like a pbs post-mortem to popcorn.i think it,s time to put down the pipe, but pass it my way first.
Something happened to just ruin this thing, and...
...and those POPN popcorn machines went SOMEplace.
They DID exist. Now, De-Listed, whoa!
AVTC run off and abscond them all?
BANDITOS of Mechanical Popcorn Machnines, they are.
With POPN on the sidelines, if not already in the junkyard of
sub-Penny scrappage, I forlornly console and occupy myself with
a few meager, paltry, scarcely-fulfilling alternatives.
Alternatives such as microwaving little baggies of Jollytime
Butter-lavender locust-licious popped korn...
and Orbitous Reddenburger's Movie-Bijou Magic Butter-Kingdom Pock-corn.
Could THOSE have been our "salad days?"
We miss the times of anticipation and fleeting, fancy,
flying fluffs of freshly puffed pock-corn.
-- Milk Duds and Tasty-Tites bun-rolls...
---- Pretty sea shells, waxy plantoons, and balloons...
------ Pony rides on little three-foot-tall horses...
-------- Bare feet and wet grass...
---------- Unicorns! Marcel Mimeaux!
------------ Diapers a-bulge with tender, warm, buttered, crunchy kernels --
for the COLONEL!
Dare we envision and dream of a world with funtastic, fantabulous
FUNNELS filled with freshly-popped, warm, buttery Popcorn?
...A world of anthropomorphic vending machines burping-forth
bags-full of eagerly-awaited Popcorn warmly-sodden with synthetic
butterlike liquid, mystery substance? DARE WE DREAM!?!?
Now, in the retreating distance, we catch the wearied sight of
gigantic stone Busts of Mel, strikingly reminiscent of those
Easter Island monolith-heads, starkly staring and gazing
balefully toward uncharted, buttered-and-spicy seas.
POPN! Come back!
Return us to reveries of childhood days spent in theatre lobbies,
getting ourselves a treat!
All the Best to Everyone and whatever may remain of POPN!$
Any reason to keep it at this point?
Stock was de-listed. If you want to remove it, you need to call them.
Hmmmmmmm, How come on TDA POPN is coming up as symbol not found ???
Valiant effort for sure. Unfortunately Mel was the victor.
I wasn't the king pumper but I think I did a good job.

Meta (NASDAQ:META) launched a new open-weight artificial intelligence model on Monday as CEO Mark Zuckerberg called for the United States to reduce barriers facing domestic developers in order to compete more effectively with Chinese rivals. The new model, called Muse Glimmer, is considerably smaller than the flagship AI systems developed by leading competitors. Rather than […]
