I agree with you sirant, if XMDC gets everything then engineers can reverse engineer to get the device up and going. This law suit is big and if XMDC wins or SL relents and sees the light SH will be in a good place.

Although I'm not an engineer, I have a feeling smart engineers can use the software and hardware, reverse engineer, and come up with a working device relatively quickly

so let's say xmdc wins and gets everything . . . what are they going to do? WIthout sam or his team or his help, what resources do they have for things such as troubleshooting or technicians, etc. ?? I'm not bashing, just a question
