Engineers are smart guys and you always hear about spying and reverse engineering, my guess is if XMDC wins and gets all assets they will be able to hire the right guys to get the technology up and running.
Nadine did tell me Paul had contacted a couple of engineers and discussed hiring them for this process. However, we all know we have been misled by XMDC employee comments before and I do not believe until I see signed documents, so take it for what its worth.
However, if engineers have to reverse engineer, the whole thing is delayed and there is a chance someone else with same technology gets up and running first. So best thing for SH is SL pulls head out of A$$ and relents and honors his side of the agreement. If he does that everyone wins, SL, XMDC, and all SH.
