IF, XMDC wins suit, does this mean, ALL worldwide sales, will go towards xmdc... Is SL wins, then he goes about with CE mark approval, and all esle but american market...???
SL is definitely a scientist first,and "businessman" >(second). I think that because of lack of expertise in this area, many lessons will be learned here; Many possible costly ones as well.
