Buckeye Mike,
I have to say I am deeply concerned about this turn of events.
I know you are trying to make chicken salad out of you-know-what here....but it just isn't cutting the mustard.
All during this soap opera, you have been extoling the merge with ANHL/NMTV. How great it was going to be when the merge happened. Now you say:
"However, this time the principals of RTGV found another company in the UK to "Merge" with instead of ANHL called Cloud Computing, LLC. I LOVE this because we don't have to give away anything and we get rid of ANHL which is nothing but a small private company with many issues I'd rather not be associated with. VERY GOOD NEWS."
It certainly looks as if there is NO OTHER COMPANY. The verbage states that RTGV DEVELOPED CCL as a vehicle to facillitate the merge, if I am reading this correctly. Here is the exact verbage that deals with CCL from the shareholder letter:
"Cloud Channel Limited (CCL), a UK company, was developed as a contingency share exchange vehicle to facilitate the acquisition of the operating companies by RTGV in the event ANHL/NMTV did not meet the one Condition of Closing...."
I truly believe that Linda Perry planned this right from the last merge failure. I believe that she needed the time to set all this new fancy footwork up, so she just stated that the merge would happen on 3/31/2010.
In other words, they made up an investment vehicle called Cloud Channel Limited in the UK so that they could announce a "merge" with it and keep the shareholders happy. The only three revenue producing companies in "the merge" are the three companies that RTGV has announced the acquisition of.
This is bull. RTGV has acquired three companies and "merged" with an investment vehicle they "developed".
this is smoke and mirrors as far as I can see.
But I have to say it's nothing I haven't suspected all along.
I don't know what your game is here, but to continue to pump this is black mark against you.
This is my take on it. I'd like an answer as to these points I've raised.
Thanks.
