Jet nice DD there. I knew it was facade as far as far as an actual merge, to me it looks like just an exchange of shares between the same business entity, but lets face it, there is no merge. They just put something out there to say they put something out there. This has to be the most convoluted merge in all history.

Why Mike, who I do respect, continues to say what he says is really beyond all comprehension and rationale thought.

Again, I go back to what I have said for two years now, imo this entire thing has been put together to collect a nice salary every year, to cash in on some shares ever year, and in the end, there will be a massive final dilution as things finally fall apart. I mean where else can Linda and the others involved here make what..$300 k a year for basically talking to people on the phone?
