The comment made was that Pink Sheets does not require "audited" financials. But they do require financials.

CM said P/S doesn't require audited financials, but we were going that route, because that's what real companies do.

While it would be nice to remove the P/S S/S ASAP, I'm quite content to wait a little extra time to get something so much better - fully audited financial statements. In the overall picture, a couple weeks wait won't matter that much.
