CM said P/S doesn't require audited financials, but we were going that route, because that's what real companies do.

See my post with the recap of the radio interview (sorry, can't find it while typing a post)..

While it would be nice to remove the P/S S/S ASAP, I'm quite content to wait a little extra time to get something so much better - fully audited financial statements. In the overall picture, a couple weeks wait won't matter that much.
