There is more than 2 answers. How about the answer Dr Lee gives saying he was getting ripped off and wants nothing to do with xmdc?
Isn't it odd to anyone that XMDC is nothing more than an unsuccesful marketing shell and Dr Lee is supposed to have a $27M revolutionary medical device, but with the deal that XMDC has stated, Lee gets common shares, a fraction of the common shares and XMDC gets the bulk of the value?
