Basically, is this affirming that this is the true d-day for xmdc as it stands that we should have a TRUE definitive answer?

Does that mean that if it is No.
Then this will head down for the big plunge towards .001 & darkness & despair unless XMDC has something else in the pipeline.

Then if it is a YES.
Does that mean that Dr. Lee responds favorably to get back to honor the agreement. His legal team has informed that he better kiss & make up with Paul & all of us shareholders. That he has to tuck in his giblets & get this show back on the road & for the rest of us a breath of a sigh of relief & seeing us spring back over 1 cent per share & upwards towards 10 cents where we were before this stupid incident occurred. (I hope & pray that is so!)

Showdowns @ the O.K. corral bore me. I have seen My Darling Clementine starring Henry Fonda. One of the best western movies ever made. The problem is you see it & it ends the same way every time.
