What I think will happen is when we get the 350, we'll be dancing in the streets. When will that be? When it happens. Every date so far has not been met, so only a fool would try to give one. I've seen dates in pr's and heard dates through the rumor mill. They've all been missed...
At this point in time, I'm just glad I don't need the funds I've got invested here somewhere else. I feel for those who've been forced to sell for whatever reason other than FUD.

key item here is when they announce the 350m. the think is that they dont need to say anything right away.. they might sit on it for a few weeks while there scooping up shares, and going through the acquisitions.
OS going to 1.5b might be hint of the funding coming in. but the transfer of shares could be delayed also... im sure they can make special arrangements and the lenders cant sell for 3 years anyways.
... so its a waiting game now. but the picture you drew works for me ;)
