OS going to 1.5b would be a dead giveaway that the funding was done, or at least going through the final steps. However, I see a possibility that the os may not jump at all when the funding comes in. If the shares issued are the class b commons, they could structure it such that they aren't reported as part of the os through the ta. Just something to keep in mind...
