i wouldn't mind at all to have it play out as you say.

key item here is when they announce the 350m.
the think is that they dont need to say anything right away..
they might sit on it for a few weeks while there scooping up shares, and going through the acquisitions.

OS going to 1.5b might be hint of the funding coming in. but the transfer of shares could be delayed also... im sure they can make special arrangements and the lenders cant sell for 3 years anyways.

... so its a waiting game now.
but the picture you drew works for me ;)
