I don't know, but it does beg the question.."to buy more time"? They new if they came to court today and said to Judge W, "we have not proceeded any further", she would flip.

So they come up with this empty proposal as "at least a weak attempt". What I don't understand is, how in the heck did they get her agreement last week to put of rulings till this week. Wasn't Venable in that discussion...didn't he see this scam coming?

They have basically stolen a bank that JPM says "was solvent at the time" and expect to screw everyone and walk away scott (pardon to all scotts on the board) free? Also making a mockery of Judge W's courtroom?
