My interpretation of what Rosen said last Thursday was they would not be back in court if the three parties came to a global undertanding. If not, then they would be back for the Judge to render a ruling. Did he fake everyone out to create the panic today during trading hours?

NO WHERE did he say he would bring a settlement offer to the Court ... especially one that only covered the creditors & bondholders.

So I would ask the court at this time to adjourn both of those until next friday. I understand from the court that there may be availability at 11:00AM next friday, and we would be prepared to go forward, and expect to go forward at that time, unless there was a global understanding between the three parties, and we would hope that the court at that time would render a ruling with respect to the Summary Judgement and make a determination with respect to the 9.5 motion.

I agree I do not see the judge taking this maneuver lightly. At the next omnibus they better have a viable plan and agreement or they better not be expecting the judge to sign an extension. I do believe Weil has used up the last of the good judges good will. Just think she now has 2 weeks to stew over this mess that she has allowed to come to this point, I feel believing that Weil would do the right thing. Now she knows for sure she is dealing with 3 crooks in front of her instead of just 2.
