.if things go as you think, what good is a lawsuit?..if spng cant pay its bills, exactly how do you think those shareholders are supposed to be reimbursed?..with what?..from where?..lol

SPNG has assets that can be seized. Like inventories and Dicon. And believe me, they will be seized when they lose the lawsuits. Just like the stucks at USXP found out. A court appointed receiver will dispose of the assets and pay out the funds to the people injured by Metter and Moskies actions

Please tell me that you can recognize the difference between the potential any company has for liabilities it incurs as a result of doing business, and the liabilities cerated by a company that has purposely defrauded its investors and vendors; and violated securities laws?
