Urban is in Vegerville and still visits the Birch Hills Hotel. My dad use to work with this guy in the Prince Albert Prison and lives in PA. He sees him from time to time at the Hotel. Total scam and he is safe as long as he stays in Canada. Our legal system will not cooperate with the Feds.
