Chrisl,

While I would love to get my money back, trading again, IMO, will never happen and here's why. Most of us have our shares in cert form and after nailing these financial jerks to the stake, there will not be one trading house that will take our certs back. Someone may cry foul and say that they are being collusive, but by the time we spend even more legal fees to fix that, my teeth will have fallen out and I will need depends then because I will be so old and feeble by then and I'm in my early 50's.

I appreciate your honesty and please don't take my remarks as being argumentative, just an observation based on the last 5-7 years.

Good Luck as we will need it

You are overlooking a couple of problems.........

Even IF, and that is a big if, CMKX were able to trade again the company doesn't have a business. They own nothing of value and have no business. They would have to do a HUGE reverse split to get the O/S down to around 10 million O/S. Then in order to raise capital they would have to sell new shares further devaluing existing shares through dilution effectively making the current share valueless.

And, of course, they would have to clean up all the paperwork with the SEC which would cost them money they don't have. Not to mention monetary judgements against the company (think race teams) that would have to be paid.

I know Xers don't like reality but there it is.

And then again I am on LSD and I just watch Alice In Wonderland.

At least you disclosed your rationale.

If the SEC stands in the way of CMKM today I would predict additional lawsuits against other brokers that would eventually lead back to the SEC.

Why? The SEC stopped Urbie's scam with reasonable speed. The brokerages don't come into it. They have NO way of knowing whether a company is selling unregistered stock or not.

That ain't gonna happen. CMKX may trade again, but only if Tyler can raise enough money to start a real company, and only if that company turns out to be a success.
