john,,,I am not taking your statement as an argument by any means but I for one do believe this company will trade again. When I went to Tyler they made it perfectly clear that was their plan.
Now with regards to the brokers. Believe it or not they probably do not have a choice and here is my opinion on this.
When the SEC stated "Unregistered Securities" in their complaint they pointed the finger at the brokers. The SEC has the brokers by the ballz imo and they will be forced to have to accept the certs back.
john have you ever wondered why the SEC said "Unregistered Securities"?
My answer to that is if they would of said these shares are "Registered" CMKM would of nailed them to the cross on this.
I recently went to a move and this is a line I loved:
"Would you rather be the guy on the cross or the guy pounding the nails"
CMKM is the guy doing the nailing here.
